Meet Jamie

Sales & Coaching Expert

I didn’t get into aesthetics with someone guiding me or handing me a playbook.

Like most people, I was sold the idea that clients would line up and success would come quickly. That wasn’t my experience, and it’s not the reality for most providers.

Over the years, I’ve seen the same patterns come up again and again. People are busy but not growing. Books feel inconsistent. Pricing is unclear. Burnout starts to set in. And at some point, people begin questioning if they should even be in this industry at all. I’ve been in aesthetics for over a decade. While I’ve worked in the treatment room, I’ve also called on hundreds of businesses across the United States and worked alongside some of the top skincare brands and devices in the market. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and everything in between.

One of the biggest challenges in this industry is the constant comparison. People are looking around, trying to follow what appears to be working for someone else, while being sold strategies that promise a quick, plug-and-play solution.

The reality is, there is no single formula that works for every business.

Strategy matters, but aesthetics is built on people. It takes alignment, accountability, and a customized approach that actually fits how a business operates.

If you are willing to step back, think differently, and build something that works for you, Iets have a conversation.
